✔  Do not attempt to exploit technical errors, payment errors, API errors, or pricing errors.

✔  You must not use SMMWinn for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.

✔  You must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

✔  You should also follow the applicable rules and policies of the social media platform associated with your order.

SMMWinn does not permit the use of its services for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activities.

The following activities are prohibited:

✔  Fraud or scam-related activities.

✔  Money-doubling or money-multiplication schemes.

✔  Illegal investment schemes.

✔  Carding or unauthorized payment activities.

✔  Use of stolen credit/debit cards or payment information.

✔  Phishing or impersonation.

✔  Attempts to steal passwords or personal information.

✔  Hacking or unauthorized access.

✔  Malware or malicious activities.

✔  Promotion of illegal goods or services.

✔  Activities intended to financially deceive or harm other individuals.

✔  Any activity that violates applicable laws.

If an account is found to be involved in prohibited activity, SMMWinn may suspend or terminate the account and cancel related orders. Where legally required, information may be provided to the appropriate authorities.

SMMWinn makes reasonable efforts to process and deliver orders according to the service description displayed at the time of purchase.

Please understand that delivery times are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery time is clearly mentioned in the service description.

Delivery may be affected by:

✔  Provider availability.

✔  Technical issues.

✔  Social media platform updates.

✔  Maintenance.

✔  Network problems.

✔  Third-party platform restrictions.

Large orders may require additional processing time.

SMMWinn provides the best available estimated delivery time, but an estimated time should not be considered an exact guarantee unless specifically stated.

Before placing an order, make sure:

✔  The selected service is correct.

✔  The quantity is correct.

✔  The target account meets the service requirements.

SMMWinn is not responsible for losses or delivery problems caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Customers must carefully verify the target before placing an order.

Orders submitted with an incorrect username, profile URL, post URL, video URL, or other incorrect target information may not be eligible for cancellation or refund after processing has started.
